One Dough, Many ways

Base Pizza Dough
Ingredients
2 ½ cups AP flour
1 cup warm water
2 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil

Method
Mix warm water + yeast, let bubble 5 mins
Add flour, salt, oil – knead 8–10 mins
Rise 1 hr – shape – bake 230°C / 450°F

Whole Wheat Dough
Replace 1 to 1 ½ cups AP flour with whole wheat flour + add 1–2 tbsp extra water.

Herb-Infused Crust
Add 1 tbsp dried herbs + ¼ tsp garlic powder into dough.

Beer Pizza Dough
Replace ½ cup water with beer for flavor + lighter texture.

Thin & Crispy
Add 1 extra tbsp olive oil and reduce rise time to 20 mins.

Greek Yogurt Dough
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup Greek yogurt
Mix, roll, bake immediately.

Gluten-Free Dough
Swap flour with a GF blend + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 egg (helps binding).

Sourdough Pizza Dough
Replace yeast with ½ cup active sourdough starter + rise 4–6 hours.
